Open Terminal anywhere from Nautilus in Ubuntu or Linux Mint

If you are annoyed from nautilus to open directories one by one with cd command, So Nautilus have solution for this. You can install this option in any Ubuntu 12.10/12.04/11.10/any Ubuntu version or any Linux Mint version. Simply you can click on any folder in any directory except root permission directory to open in terminal.

Installation of open terminal in nautilus in Ubuntu/Mint, open terminal enter command:
sudo apt-get install nautilus-open-terminal
