Andreas Jaeger has announced the availability of the third milestone release of openSUSE12.2: "Despite delays due to the move to a i686 desktop kernel for 32-bit systems, milestone 3 is finally available. Factory has now received the latest versions of GNOME 3.4, KDE SC 4.8.2 (with numerous KDE PIM bug fixes) and LibreOffice 3.5.2. In a recent blog post an openSUSE contributor gave an update on Plymouth support in openSUSE. Plymouth itself is merged and integration into other packages is nearly finished; the issues are being worked out through some team efforts, so for this milestone Plymouth is not yet the default." Here is the full release announcement.
